KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY :

Supply chain and logistics:

  • Work with Supply Chain Coordinator to prioritize and monitor the daily progress of all PRs and RFQs.
  • Help in day to day procurement.
  • Arrange procurement committee meeting.
  • Prepare Bid Analysis sheet and share with procurement committee members / budget holders
  • Prepare suppliers’ payment and submit to finance on daily basis.
  • Data entery in procurement tracker on daily basis.
  • Manintain procurement files.

Warehouse:

Assist Warehouse Assistant in the following warehouse’s activities:

  • Receiving of goods
  • Physical checking and Inspection of goods as per Purchase orders / PR/ Delivery Challans
  • Stacking of goods in proper way
  • Help in preparation of warehouse In-out stock documents
  • Maintain Warehouse Register
  • Help in stock entry data
  • Have field visit when and where required in the program area for delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage vehicles movement in the field for delivery of goods and services.
  • Ensue timely delivery of goods in the field
  • Keep tracking goods movements in transit.
  • Arrange labour for loading and unloading of goods.
