Ideal candidate should have at least 7-10 years experience in the following:

  • managing a team of at least 10 workers (foreign experience will be preferred, but not necessary)
  • cleaning materials and chemicals
  • estimating of cleaning material, cleaning equipment, cleaning materials.
  • able to train workers on cleaning.
  • professional in customer service.
  • be able to supervise workers as well as supervisors and labour.
  • must have knowledge of the following: Arrange towels and toiletries, Mop floors, Clean windows and glass, Clean frames, Clean toilet, sinks, bathroom, and washrooms, Clean Dishes and Crockery, make beds
  • Knowledge of tools, equipment and color coding.

  • Knowledge of cleaning sofas, chairs, carpets and upholstery
  • Expertise in floor cleaning with machines
  • Be honest and trustworthy
