Job Description:

  • Manage fiber optics team and oversee implementation and maintenance of FTTH.
  • Ensure that projects progress as per approved schedules and plans.
  • Manage and maintain documentation on various records and contract resources.
  • Manage assets associated with fiber optic networks and services infrastructure.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and workflows to measure performance and deliverables for the

team.

  • Develop and monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets for relevant areas.
  • Maintain service quality and implement organization standards with regards to desired quality levels.
  • Assist in project work plans and make revisions as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors in engineering with, preferably in Telecommunication, from a reputable institute.
  • More than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of fiber optic splicing, test practices and procedures.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, Visio, OSP Insight, Fast View.
