Primary Responsibilities

  • Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking System
  • Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants
  • Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Conduct Market Mapping and Research outside the bank to determine talent requirements/key competencies for the vacant/upcoming positions

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience: 3-5 years of direct recruiting experience preferably having knowledge of e-commerce industry, but not required
  • Must have a very good English communication, speaking and writing skills
  • Perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with people
  • Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team/unit
