Role & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute manual integration, regression, browser compatibility tests.
  • Effectively communicate issues and concerns to developers, designers, IT, and other business areas.
  • Execute ad-hoc functional testing on request and providing sign-off.
  • Report test results to the QA lead and Project Manager.
  • Managing bug tracking software and assignment of tasks along with priority levels.
  • First-line Technical support, one phone, and via tickets.
  • Excellent communication skills as you will be communicating directly with clients on a day-to-day basis, face-to-face, phone, and screen share.

Desired Skills & Attributes required:

  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Basic skills such as HTML, XML, SQL.
  • Basic knowledge of any Programming language.
  • Understanding of UX best practice.
  • The ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • The hunger to learn and work on your own initiative, but also have the people skills to be part of a team.
  • Knowledge of online testing tools
