B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare a quarterly briefing on the Economy and Financial sector with a special focus on the Microfinance sector.
2. Oversee project evaluations and research assignments.
3. Review the existing Result Based Framework (RFB) for PMIC and suggested changes if any.
4. Generate quarterly reports on the Result Based Framework (RFB).
5. Establish effective knowledge management and dissemination mechanisms including documentation of baselines, outcomes/impacts, and best practice notes for PMIC stakeholders.
6. Collate and synthesize information from the borrowers, and generate analytical reports based on the data.
7. Prepare periodic reports for:
o Shareholders based on the indicators identified to measure impact of PMIC’s work
o Internal consumption along the indicators identified under PMIC Results-Based Framework
8. Convene and facilitate learning events for PMIC to strengthen implementation delivery and capturing of best practices.
9. Undertake any assignments given by the supervisor to support the department.
