The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospects through cold calling.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospects.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years sales/call center experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal (US accent) communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
