DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


a) Payments:

  • Preparation of payment summary sheets
  • Making and uploading batches for online transfers.
  • Collaborate with the payment beneficiaries to ensure that payment is received in their respective bank accounts.

b) Assist inmaintaining hard filing for Finance Department

c) Any other task assigned by the supervisor

Qualification, Experience and Required Skills


  • Minimum University Bachelor’s Degree in the related field.
  • Minimum 02 years of work experience in the related field.
  • Excellent working skills in MS office and databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
