in addition, as a Data Entry Specialist you'll: Prepare-compile-and-sort documents for data entry; Check source documents for accuracy; Verify and correct data; Obtain further information for incomplete documents; Combine and rearrange data from source documents; Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database-files-and-forms; Scan documents into document management systems; Respond to requests for information and access relevant files

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • 1-3 years of professional office experience in a data entry or administrative capacity
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. basic skills - read spreadsheets and input)
  • Previous experience working with Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
