We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer. You will be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with the clients, and for helping the team in administrative work .

The Ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:

  • Loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
  • Proficient communication skills in both (written/verbal) English & Urdu, is required to build a sustainable relationship with customers.
  • Active interaction to answer any customer queries on a regular basis & problem solving would be the top priority of the representative.
  • Pleasant demeanor.
  • Handling customer requisitions.
  • Client feedback and support.
  • Interacting with the top management about customer relations and strategies.
  • Qualification in Customer Services is a plus.
