PTCL, A leading Telecommunication company requires a Customer Care Representative (CCRs) for their helpline located in PTCL Exchange, Wafaqi Colony Jahar Town Lahore. The candidate must have good communication skills (English & Urdu), energetic and confident. Must be able to satisfy customer needs. Their prime responsibility will be to deal with customers problems on telephone and resolve issues. Basic computer skills required
· Personal laptop is mandatory to perform work from home (Training and initial 2-3 month work will be office based)
· Salary: Rs19,000 per month plus upto13k monthly performance based incentives
