Requirements

  • Good Spoken and written English is required
  • Need to multi task ( Answer Emails, calls and Texts)
  • Previous experience in a English spoken call center a plus
  • Proficient in computer handling.
  • Able to work in flexible shifts (day/afternoon/night) according to the need of the office.
  • Coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers, as well as being able to readjust to last-minute changes and work to reroute drivers to the scheduling or rerouting of emergency calls
