Business Development Assistant

Job Description

  • Work in collaboration with the leadership team to facilitate and streamline business development activities.
  • Understand and promote business product/ service offerings to enhance market presence and increase market share.
  • Identify and effectively utilize appropriate networking platforms and opportunities to connect with prospective clients and generate new leads.
  • Understand market dynamics and foster relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline and provide end-to-end sales process support.
  • Collaborate with the design team internally to develop proposal templates, materials, presentations for sales/ business development support.
  • Track and analyze market changes and trends and aid in the development of market strategy and tactics.
  • Support in resource availability, task tracking, forecasting and allocations.
 


Requirements

  • Bachelors in business administration, IT or related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven work experience in a similar role in a tech company.
  • Proficient in writing business proposals.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding people skills fostering collaboration.
  • High emotional intelligence.
