Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between clients and tech teams
- Identify stakeholders and arrange workshops with them to elicit requirements
- Review client’s operational procedures and methods; define and analyze business activities; identify best practices, and recommend improvements.
- Analyze the requirements in order to identify gaps.
- Develop design documents including requirements and functional specifications.
- Design Wireframes to demonstrate application workflows.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and produce project reports/documentation.
- Perform impact analysis for changing business requirements.
- Develop / present product demos to give look and feel to the client.
-Ability to work closely with stakeholders and effectively manage their expectations
-Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements
-Solid Business Analysis documentation, and process re-engineering skills
-Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
-Strong Process Mapping skills
-Advance Tools & Techniques
- Ability to find potential clients would be a plus
- Work with the marketing team to promote business in the defined niche
