Updating records with correct schedules . Making sure 1st month deposit is recorded in OnCare and that void cheque is received during the orientation.
Subsidies - checking records, statements of payment from Gov, notifying parents of expiring subsidies
Third party invoicing - sending them invoices mid-month to ensure payment is received before bulk charges
Promotions -Notifying parents whose promotions are expiring at the end of month and they will be charged full tuition fee as of 1st of next month
Outstanding balances - checking balances for every site, emailing / calling parents inquiring about status of payment, notifying sites if and when the payment will be made
Reviewing unpaid invoices, sending reminders to parents regarding unpaid balance, updating application with payments made
Reviewing and updating 'tuition tracking' spreadsheet for each site and also preparation of Reasonability tests
