Job Responsibilities

  • Daily and Weekly health checks for OS, DBs, and Infrastructure components (mainly AWS).
  • Monitoring System Performance and Logs.
  • Ensuring all application dependencies are up to date.
  • Analyzing and fixing bugs as reported by end-users or customers.
  • Developing and deploying hotfixes and other upgrades.
  • Taking online and offline backups for data, applications.
  • Auditing User Roles and any other irregular activity in the system.
  • Providing support to users in their day-to-day operations and any queries.
  • Following Change Management, Release Management, and Source Code Management process leveraging different tools including JIRA, GitHub, etc.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with any of these PHP(CakePHP), MERN, and MEAN Stacks
  •  Hands-on experience in managing different Operating Systems mainly CentOS, Red Hat, and Ubuntu.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Components, GitHub, Jira, and ClickUp
  • Hands-on experience with different SQL and NoSQL DBs.
  • Sound understanding and working knowledge of different API tools, Mobile Applications (iOS, Android)
  • Excellent attention to detail and great analytical skills.
