KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • To initiate timely renewal of Administration contracts like Security, Transport, Photocopier, Security Cameras maintenance, Scales Calibration, Courier Services, office rental agreements, etc.

  • Collaborates with all management staff to identify and deliver the required administrative support operations for the organization.

  • Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, goals, deadlines, projects, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.

  • Budget formulation of administrative nature.
