Responsibilities & Skills

  • Maintain Cash Journal records.
  • Maintain Cash Book data entry Ensure all ledger are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Cash Voucher posting.
  • Manages the financial bookkeeping and keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
  • Record payments and track expenses and cross-check them.
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable function and maintain appropriate records.
  • Ensure company financial accounts, such as bills, are paid on time Handle payments, file maintenance and petty cash recording.
  • Manage cash handling, daily bank reconciliation and vendor dealing.
  • Any other senior-level task assigned by HOD.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Strong demonstrable writing and computer skills.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the similar role.
  • Candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting software’s such as Quick books, Oracle, Peachtree.
  • The person must have sound knowledge of Accounting Functions, must be energetic and should be able to work under pressure.
